Black Ice is the 15th studio album by Australian rock band AC/DC. It was the band's fourteenth internationally-released studio album and the fifteenth in Australia. It marked the band's first original recordings since 2000's Stiff Upper Lip, with the eight-year gap being the longest between AC/DC's successive studio albums. Black Ice has the longest running time of any AC/DC studio album.

I've never been a huge fan of live albums but I have to say Live at River Plate is just a sensational record, and the videos of it are even better. What a wild crowd, what great music, this is fucking rock N roll at its best!

In retrospect, knowing that Malcolm was already suffering from dementia, he does look kind of lost up there. There's just a kind of distant look in his eyes. So sad. Not a way to end for one of the best rhythm guitarists and band leaders ever.
